The Longer Game newsletter goes out once a week. It contains the latest articles, things we’ve found useful or interesting, and occasionally a recommendation for a product, experience or resource that genuinely fits the 40–60s life. 

That’s it. No daily digests, no promotional floods, no content that’s there to fill space. If a given week doesn’t produce something worth saying, we don’t send one. 

What You Get

The weekly article

Every issue leads with the week’s main piece – a guide, a review, a personal story or a deep dive into something relevant to sport, health, travel, work or wellbeing. These are the same articles published on the site, sent directly to your inbox so you don’t have to remember to check. 

One additional thing

A book, a podcast, a product, a piece of research, a technique, a place, one thing per week that’s genuinely useful or interesting. This is often the part our subscribers say they value most. 

Occasional recommendations

When we find a product or service that we think is genuinely good for our community, we’ll mention it. These are always clearly identified as affiliate or commercial recommendations. We don’t include them every weekonly when there’s something actually worth sharing.
