This is where the thinking happens. It is a collection of guides, reviews, comparisons, personal stories, and the occasional thought that is simply worth saying. Every piece is written specifically for people in their 40s and beyond—those who are completely done being “sold” things they do not need, or told things they already know. It is for those who have reached the stage in life where they do not want any more “stuff” that fails to benefit them, or isn’t useful and practical.
We publish just one or two pieces a week. Each one is intentionally designed to be genuinely useful—something you can easily read, act on, and return to later. This isn’t content for the sake of content. It is content created for the pure reason of actually being helpful (shock, horror!).

Active holidays, cultural breaks and honest travel recommendations for people who want more from a trip than a sunlounger (but seriously no judgement here – sunlounger, beach Pimms – SOLD!). Europe, further afield and some of the best places you've been walking past for years.

Flexible working, fractional, consultancy, career pivots and the art of redesigning your week. For people who are done with the current pace and are quietly working out what comes next.
