We launched with padel – the fastest-growing sport in Europe and possibly the best thing to happen to the over- 40 body since a lie in at the weekend. Joint-friendly, sociable and genuinely fun. From beginner guides and kit reviews to comparisons with tennis and squash, this is where active midlife starts. We’ll expand into cycling, swimming, gym work, pilates, yoga and more as the platform grows – all with the specific needs of the 40–60 body in mind.

Healthy Eating

Your nutritional needs at 45 are not the same as they were at 25. Protein matters more. Gut health matters more. The latest diets matter less – because they don’t work (shock horror) and they never did. We will cover practical, evidence-based eating advice for the over 40s. No meal plans you’ll abandon by Wednesday, no superfoods you’ve never heard of. Just what actually works, explained clearly.

Travel & Adventure

Travel changes profoundly in your 40s and beyond. The kids might still be around, or they might have just left. Either way, you’re travelling differently – more curious, less frantic, more interested in history and culture, more willing to slow down and actually be somewhere. We will feature active holidays, city breaks and experiences worth spending your hard earned money at this stage of life.

This is the decade when the balance shifts. Senior enough to have options. Old enough to know what matters.
